Aharon R. Ofer is a Professor of Finance at the Recanati Graduate School of Business, Tel Aviv University.
He is also a visiting professor at the Kellogg School of Management.
Expertise:
His research interests are in the area of corporate finance and investment. His work has examined dividend policy, capital structure issues and the incorporation of information into asset prices. He has published in leading finance and economics journals.

Professor Ofer received a number of teaching awards including the professor of the year award at Kellogg. He has taught executive education courses in the U.S. and abroad.
Professor Ofer is on the board of directors of several corporations and two venture funds. He is the chairman of the investment committee of a leading mutual fund management company in Israel. He is a consultant in the areas of financial management, valuation and investments.

He received his Ph.D. from the University of Pennsylvania.
