Professor Saraniti has been a visiting professor at Kellogg, the Brisbane Graduate School of Business, INSEAD, Thunderbird, and the Helsinki School of Economics and Business Administration. He is co-author of two textbooks and has done work for Chevron, Cantor-Fitzgerald, and several small businesses in Hawaii.
