Kulshaan is visiting faculty at Sasin Graduate Institute of Business Administration where he has been involved since last 9 years teaching HRM program courses on Compensation and HRD.

Kulshaan is Managing Director of Aon Hewitt’s business in South-East Asia. Before this role, In this role, he leads a high performing team of practice leaders in the area of Leadership, Compensation, Retirement, M&A and Talent Mnagement Consulting.
Kulshaan has held various senior leadership roles within Hewitt Asia (Performance & Rewards Consulting Practice and Client Development Director for Hewitt South-East Asia).

With Aon Hewitt Associates since 2001, Kulshaan has worked with clients across industry sectors on Employee Engagement, Performance & Rewards, and HR Strategy issues, pan Asia (more deeply involved with clients in Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia , Indonesia and The Philippines). He has been instrumental in shaping vision for talent management for several of his clients and has partnered with the clients in executing the vision.

Kulshaan is also a visiting faculty at NUS Business School (Singapore) where he teaches MBA students “Consulting to Management”.

Kulshaan has a Bachelors degree in Engineering (Industrial Engineering) and MBA (Human Resources and Organization Development) from XLRI Jamshedpur-School of Business and Human Resources .
