Expertise:
  Founder and senior partner of Global Resolutions, a Singapore-based consulting firm providing negotiation strategies, assistance and training to leading corporate, government and individual clients in the Asia-Pacific region. Formerly a lecturer and research director at Harvard’s Kennedy School of Government, Dr. Billings-Yun has assisted numerous multimillion dollar joint ventures between Asian and Western companies. A native of the United States, she has lived extensively in Hong Kong, Indonesia, France, South Korea, Thailand and Singapore. In each country she has written about, advised on, and taught negotiation, international business strategy, consensus-building and mediation, both as a university professor and a private consultant. She is a licensed mediator with the Singapore Mediation Centre.

  Co-author, An Asian Model of Mediation—to be published by Singapore Mediation Centre, 2008. Author, Decision Against War: Eisenhower and Dien Bien Phu, 1954 (NY: Columbia University Press, 1988). Articles on negotiation and mediation published in Asian Journal on Mediation, Singapore Law Gazette, Singapore Medical Association Journal, and Journal of the American Chamber of Commerce in Korea.
