   Mr. Paron is on the Board of Directors of Siam Cement Corporation, where he serves as a Member of the Audit Committee and Chairman of the Corporate Governance and Nomination Committee
     
Expertise:
   Mr. Paron has had a long and distinguished career in corporate Thailand and is much sought after for his expertise. At SCC, he has been responsible for setting effective compensation policy and been key in the development of corporate governance with the Stock Exchange of Thailand and the Thai Institute of Directors Association.
