He is a corporate governance expert in the Asia-Pacific. He is an active member of the OECD’s Asian Corporate Governance Roundtable and has worked as a corporate governance consultant for the World Bank and the Asian Development Bank (ADB). He is also a corporate governance consultant for a number of agencies in the Asia-Pacific economies, such as the Chinese Center for Corporate Governance, PRC, Hong Kong Institute of Directors, the Philippines’s Institute of Corporate Directors (ICD) and the Indonesian Institute for Corporate Directorship. His most notable corporate governance work in Thailand is the annual evaluation of corporate governance practices of listed companies in Thailand for the Thai Institute of Directors Association (Thai IOD).
