Dr. Sabin has published his research in globally recognized, peer reviewed journals such as the International Journal of Project Management, the Project Management Journal, the Journal of General Management, and the Engineering Management Journal. He is a co-author of “Case Studies in Project, Program, and Organizational Project Management” (John Wiley & Sons, USA), multiple case studies in the book “Program Management for Improved Business Results” (John Wiley & Sons, USA), and several book chapters published by Project Management Institute, McGraw-Hill, IEEE, and World Scientific Publishing. In addition, he was an invited speaker for the PMI Global Congress – North America’06 and the PMI Research Conference’06.

Industrial, Consultancy & Research Experiences:
Dr. Sabin was an experienced program/ project manager. He worked for internationally-renowned organizations such as Tektronix, Inc., RadiSys Corporation, and Intel Corporation (USA). Dr. Sabin managed various types of projects in the electronics manufacturing industry, some of which are highlighted as follows:
- Managed RoHS (Restriction of the Use of Hazardous Substances in Electrical and Electronic Equipment) conversions of multiple product lines (motherboard, probe, and oscilloscope).
- Led a redesigned power supply project team, which resulted in a significant cost savings of 25% over the previous version.
- Oversaw a number of new product development projects, which produced lead-free motherboards.

In addition, he has involved in extensive research, and conducted workshops and consultancy for eminent organizations across industries, including:
- Executive Development Program for Pruska, Co., Ltd, Workshop: “Project Management for Executives in Construction,” Bangkok, Thailand (2011).
- Buddhadasa Indapanno Archives (BIA), Advisor, Bangkok, Thailand (since 2010 – present).
- Thailand Regional and General Hospital Society, Workshop: “A Systems Approach to Project Management in Healthcare,” Bangkok, Thailand (2009).
