Industrial, Consultancy & Research Experiences:
Dr. Sabin is an experienced program manager, consultant, and researcher. He worked for internationally-renowned organizations such as Tektronix, Inc., RadiSys Corporation and Intel Corporation (USA). Dr. Sabin has managed various types of projects, some of which are highlighted as follows:

- Successfully managed RoHS (Restriction of the Use of Hazardous Substances in Electrical and Electronic Equipment) conversions of multiple product lines (e.g., motherboard, probe, oscilloscope).
- Successfully managed a redesigned power supply project, which resulted in a significant cost savings of 25% over the previous version.
- Successfully managed NPI (New Product Introduction) projects, which produced lead-free motherboards.
In addition, he has involved in extensive research and consultancy with eminent organizations, including:
- Information Technology Group at Thai Life Insurance Co., Ltd, Consulting project, “An Implementation of Project Management Methodology and Tools at Information Technology Group,” Bangkok, Thailand (2008).
