  • Dr. Sarote PHORNPRAPHA is an Executive Director – Head of Executive MBA Program, and a principle lecturer in Leadership & Ethics, and Organizational Behavior at Sasin Graduate Institute of Business Administration, Chulalongkorn University. His current researches include Leadership Branding, Employee Engagement, and Corporate Social Responsibility.
  • His expertise lies in organization management with years of extensive teaching experience as a principle lecturer in organizational behavior, leadership and business ethics, social process in organizations, and negotiations. Moreover, he was trained in teamwork and leadership management by Kellogg School of Management.
  • Expert with 15 years of experience in Human Resource Management, Strategic Alignment, Change Management, Assessment of Organization Effectiveness, Organization Structure and Design, Leadership Development, Team Management, Managing for Productivity, and Conflict Management.
  • Experience in designing and conducting Management Development programs for executives of both public and private organizations with focus on Strategic Human Resource management, Strategic Alignment, Organization Development, Cross Cultural Technology Transfer and Cross Cultural Management
