Established in January 2011 and based in Bangkok, Thailand, IC Partners serves as an investment advisor and asset manager for a number of hospitality, commercial and industrial related investments in Southeast Asia.

IC Partners has development and financial structuring capabilities in commercial, industrial, residential and hospitality asset classes within SE Asia and the US. IC Partners works closely with two family offices in the region for direct investments under a managed account structure.

IC Partners supports the business development undertakings of its affiliate, Bangkok, Thailand based Zinc | InVision Hospitality Group (www.zinchospitality.com) and also works with other international hospitality operators.

Location: Bangkok,  Thailand but will  need  to  travel from  time  to  time  for  fieldwork throughout ICP’s current focused markets — ASEAN and Southern China
Job Description:
Essential Functions:
The Intern shall  be  responsible  for creating  valuation/financial  models, preparing  presentations,  writing  offering  memoranda  and  working  directly with the Managing  Director and operating  partners (i.e.,  Zinc  |  InVision Hospitality) on investment acquisitions.

Intern should  expect  external  interaction with  advisors,  operating  partners and third-party  consultants  to  source  and  review  acquisition  opportunities. Intern is encouraged  to  take  on  as  much  responsibility as he/she can successfully  handle,  including  analyzing  investment   opportunities,  given markets  (and  sub – markets) and  industries, conducting due diligence on investments and assisting in all ad hoc activities.

Candidate Profile:
– Undergraduate  from  top  academic  program  with  s olid  record  (finance background – a plus)
– Exposure to relevant commercial  real  estate (office  &  retail)  as  well exposure  to  hospitality related  assets
(hotels,  serviced  apartments  & resorts) a plus
– Good quantitative   skill   set:   accounting,   quantitative   and   financial modeling
– Strong written and communication skills:
– ability to develop clear, concise written analyses on a variety of companies and industries and projects
– proficient in all MS Office applications and working knowledge of databases and reference sources
– Ability to work effectively under pressure in order to meet deadlines
– Must be a team player with professional work attitude, sense of humor and strong business ethics and principals

Period of Internship: Mid-September through –15 December 2015
Compensation: Unpaid for first 30 days; to be reviewed thereafter
Academic Credit: IC Partners is pleased to cooperate with Sasin in this regard
