Dear Members of Sasin Alumni Association (SAA),

It is a great privilege for me to be elected as SAA’s president for 2011 - 2013. I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for all your support. Over the past years, I have been dedicated to Sasin in organizing several annual seminars: CEO Mid Year Review and CEO Year End Review as well as CEO Forecast Seminar.

I would like to thank Professor Toemsakdi Krisanamara for his support. I am looking forward to serve SAA with all my ability together with all the SAA Committee Members. I invite all the SAA alumni to join us in creating the SPIRIT of Sasin. Those who are interested in becoming Sub-Committee Members, please let us know. We are now starting to update Alumni’s contact information and planning to produce the first Sasin Alumni Directory.

On 21 March 2011, when we started the term, on behalf of the new committee, I presented a gift to thank Khun Chalermchai Wongwaiwit, SAA President of this past term for his dedication over the past 2 years. Our first activity of this term was a seminar, “CEO Economic Outlook 2011” which we organized on 25 March 2011. In the afternoon of that same day The New Committee Members went to Siriraj Hospital to pay respect and convey our best wishes to His Majesty our King. On 26 March we attended CU Home Coming at Sala Pra Keaw. We had the 1st SAA Committee Meeting of this term and had Dinner with Professor Teomsak on 18 April and on 24 May we had the 2nd SAA Committee Meeting and Class Representatives Meeting.

As of now SASIN is an outstanding Business Institute recognized by World Class International standards through accreditation of the AAPBS, AACSB and EQUIS, it is therefore a challenge for SAA Committee to serve this highly recognizable institute. With the quality of our alumni, I do believe that we can contribute to the good business practice with good governance and responsibility to the Business community.

I would like to call your attention to our very important up coming function “Pinnacle of Sasin” which will be held on 1 July 2011 at the Grand Ballroom of Grand Hyatt Erawan Hotel. The function is to celebrate this very special occasion that Sasin is now worldwide accredited. We will have Sasin Grand Seminar before our celebration. (Please check details in the website)
