EMBA Application Details
The Sasin EMBA is a two year part-time program, taught in 6 modules of 5 weeks each. Module dates may be found under Key Dates.
Eligibility
An EMBA (Executive MBA) applicant should have at least 7 years of work experience since being awarded a bachelor's degree (or government approved equivalent).
Starting Date
The next Sasin EMBA program starts in April 2008. Exact fees for 2008 have not yet been assessed, but as a guide fees for students starting in 2007 were Baht 1,202,100. This covers all text and handout materials, tuition fees and other applicable fees including Kellogg Live-in Week.
The Application Deadline for second stage applications for April 2008 admission is January 15, 2008.
Application Process
First Stage
Your EMBA application is a two stage process. The first stage one page application form can be filled out and submitted online here or downloaded here (the downloaded application may be returned by email, fax, or mail). There is no fee for first stage applications, and no supporting documents are required.
Second Stage
Potentially qualified applicants will be invited to submit a second stage application which will be emailed or mailed to them. Second stage applications must be accompanied by a application fee of Baht 1,200 and will not be processed until full supporting documents have been received.
Second Stage Applications must include (full description is in the Stage 2 Application Package, download here [PDF, 260KB] or here [MS Word, 1.2MB], Letter of Recommendation download here [PDF, 102KB]):
- Transcripts (original or copy sent directly from issuing school)
- Two letters of recommendation (a referee may send the letter to Sasin directly or seal it in a signed envelope and entrust it to the applicant for submission)
- Application fee (Baht 1,200 or US$30, payable by international bank draft or check drawn on a Thai bank)
- Resume
TOEFL ITP (Institutional Testing Program)
After prescreening, applicants who appear to be eligible will be invited to take the TOEFL ITP on site at Sasin. There is a nominal fee for this service. They will also be invited for personal interviews.
