Borrowing and Circulation

With a Sasin ID Card, faculty members, staff and students can borrow books from Prajadhipok-Rambhai Barni Library as well as the other libraries in the Chulalinet system.

Reference Service

Library staff can help users find information for their research topics through library resources. Teaching how to find resources can also be arranged upon request.

Book Delivery Service within the University 

Sasin faculty members, students and staff who want to borrow books from Chulalinet library members can make a delivery request online via the option “Chulalinet’s Book Delivery Request”  available in the library catalog.

Please note the followings:

  • Only books are available for delivery request. Some books may be restricted to “Library Use Only” and are not available for loan.
  • Up to 3 books can be requested.
  • The service runs twice daily. An e-mail will be sent to notify the requester of a status of his/her request.
  • Usually, the requested books are available for pick up within 4 hours. 

Interlibrary Loan Service

If books or articles are located in libraries of other universities, the library will issue an interlibrary loan form to borrow books or send requests for articles from the other libraries.

Printing Service

Students can print documents from computers connected to Sasin’s LAN and Wi-Fi network. The cost for B/W is one Baht per page and five Baht for color printing. A deposit for printing account can be made at the cashier counter on the 9th floor.

Photocopying Service

A photocopying service is provided by a private company in library. The charge varies from 50 satang to two Baht per page. Please note that photocopying of complete books is not permitted, as users are responsible for complying with the Copyright Act.



Reading Space

Prajadhipok-Rambhai Barni Library provides quiet reading space with a capacity of 100 seats. Although the general public is welcome to use the Library, during Sasin’s examination periods, part of the Library may be reserved.

Individual and Group Study Rooms

Ten individual study rooms and one group study room with Internet connections are available for students to use on a first-come, first-serve basis. Due to the high demand, student use of study rooms is limited to three hours starting from the moment a key has been checked out. Key renewal is possible only if no one else is on the waiting list.

AV Viewing Room

A room with AV viewing facilities is available for students, faculty members and staff to view DVD, VCD or video cassettes.
