With over fifteen years of consulting experience, combined with his academic activities as a faculty of strategy & operations at Sasin, Dr. Chaipong has been engaged in numerous consulting activities in both the private and public organizations. His expertise centers around the areas of competitive strategy, industrial policy, supply chain management, agricultural product branding, and operations effectiveness. Dr. Chaipong holds a B.Eng. with 1st class honours and a gold medal from Chulalongkorn University (Thailand), a M.Eng. from Kyushu Institute of Technology (Japan), and a Ph.D. in Manufacturing and Management from University of Cambridge (UK).

Thana Siriwallop has over twenty years of management consulting experience with clients in both the public and private sectors throughout East Asia. His areas of expertise include change program management, organizational change, transformation strategy, risk analysis and risk management strategy, strategic planning, performance management, and organizational and corporate strategic advice. Thana holds a Bachelor Degree in Political Science (Public Administration) from Chulalongkorn University and an MBA from Emporia State University (Kansas, USA)

Pruittiporn Nakornchai, CFA
Senior Program Manager

Pruittiporn Nakornchai has a wide range of experience in strategic planning and implementation, performance management, and executive compensation design. Her specialization also includes financial analysis & modeling, investment opportunities, business planning, and industry analysis. Her consulting clients span over Asia, Europe, and Central America. She graduated from Thammasat University in Economics and holds an M.A. in Economic Policy from Boston University. Pruittiporn is also Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder.

Christmas Supaton is responsible for the organization and human capital consulting services of SMC. She specializes in advising clients in areas of HR Strategy including compensation management, performance management and organization development. Her recent assignment includes developing National Workforce Development Strategy for Office of the National Economic and Social Development Board (NESDB). Christmas holds a Bachelor Degree in Political Science from Chulalongkorn University and a Master of Public Policy from the National University of Singapore (with a scholarship from Singapore’s Ministry of Education)

Somyos Saengangsumalee, a key member since the establishment of SMC, has extensive consulting experience in business development, strategic management, industry and competitive analysis, organizational change management, performance management and investment feasibility studies. He has led and managed various consulting programs for both the public and private sectors. His insights in business strategy development help clients craft and deploy organization strategy through innovative solutions and approaches for management decision making.

Nathasorn Boontanorm has broad consulting experiences in business planning, strategy formulation and implementation, financial planning, market planning, risk management, performance and incentive management. He has been managing over 40 consultancy projects both in the public and private sectors. Nathasorn received B. Eng. in Mechanical Engineering from the Kasetsart University and an MBA in Finance and Entrepreneurship from Sasin Graduate Institute of Business Administration of Chulalongkorn University.
