Q16: I applied last year but was not admitted. Do I have to re-submit all materials this year?

Q16: I applied last year but was not admitted. Do I have to re-submit all materials this year?
A16: If you are planning to reapply one or two years after having submitted an application for the first time, please be aware of the following:
You must file a complete second stage application including score reports, recommendations, essays, etc.
GMAT scores are valid for five years whereas TOEFL scores are valid for two years.
You do not need to re-submit your transcript(s) as they will be be on file with your previous application (if not more than two years ago). However, you need to inform the admission staff or clearly indicate "Re-application" on the application itself.

Q17: I was not admitted to the MBA program last year. Can I reapply? What should I do to strengthen my candidacy?
A17:. Students who wish to reapply are encouraged to contact the Admissions Office by calling 218-3856 or to ask for feedback on their candidacy. A candidate's application can be strengthened by:
significant changes in scope of responsibilities on the job
improvement in GMAT/TOEFL scores and/or communication skills
refinement of your career goals
experience on a new job
new essays
new recommendations

Q18: If I have been refused admission, may I appeal the decision?
A18: We are well aware of the time and effort our selection process requires of applicants. The Admissions Committee reviews each candidacy with great care and and gives each application thoughtful consideration. As our review process is so extremely thorough, all decisions are final. and there is no process for appeal.
