Hiring, managing, developing and effectively compensating a competitive work force represents a tremendous challenge. To help you, Sasin offers a 7 month diploma program and a 18-month master of science degree program in Human Resource Management.

Both programs are provided in partnership with the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) headquartered in Alexandria, Virginia, USA. SHRM is the world's largest human resource management association with more than 165,000 members throughout the world.

Sasin and SHRM co-sign every Graduate Diploma and M.Sc. degree.

All instructors are approved by Sasin and SHRM. They combine real depth of management experience with cutting edge expertise in HRM theory and practice.

Courses combine lectures, case analysis, field studies, and simulations: with extensive use of formal and informal study groups.

Classes

HRM Courses usually meet on Wednesday evening from 6:30–9:30 and all day Saturday from 8:30–16:30, in modules of five weeks. In addition to these 9 hours of scheduled classes, you will need about 15 hours for informal group work and private study each week.

4-Day Sasin Residential

HRM Graduate Diploma and degree students participate together in the annual 4-day Sasin Residential Session. This provides opportunities to examine a wide range of HRM issues and to link academic theories and concepts to actual business practice. Leading HR professionals and Sasin alumni join this annual residential, providing exceptional learning and networking opportunities.
