Curriculum

The EMBA is a two-year, part-time general management program specially structured for executives with substantial work experience. The program provides the latest global management tools and concepts, enabling EMBA participants to develop the managerial skills essential to operating any organization at the national, regional, and global levels.

The program covers two management residential sessions, eleven modules and a two-week overseas component held towards the start of the second year.

Academic Program Structure
The program is structured in three phases:

Pre-Program Activities

Pre-program activities are organized to give students the opportunity to become familiar with their classmates and better prepared for the start of the program. These programs include the EMBA orientation, short preparatory courses such as Introduction to Accounting and Management Analysis, Management Residential Session, and “Leadership in Organizations” course.

First Year

The first year curriculum emphasizes development of general management skills, and provides the foundations for the program.  EMBA participants take 11 required core courses and 2 electives.

Second Year
In the second year, the curriculum allows the participants to choose “elective” courses of their own interest. It also includes the following two components, namely
