Teaching Method
Teaching methods for the SEP program are as diverse as the nature of management itself. Formal lectures and presentations certainly are used. Films, exercises, and plenary reporting may also accompany some sessions. More frequently, SEP participants will be asked to review case studies of actual company situations. Group discussion of these cases is a critical activity, for most management decisions typically are made in groups. Consequently, small discussion groups will meet regularly in the evening during this three-week session.
