Jes Spinding from Denmark (MBA 2010)
The main reason I chose to apply for the MBA program at Sasin was recommendations from family and friends in Thailand. Overall, I was told that the MBA program and Sasin have a superb reputation and provides high quality business education.
From living Thailand and working as a teacher at another university in Bangkok, I knew Chulalongkorn University to be a highly estimated institution of higher education. This was for me another quality stamp that confirmed my decision to choose Sasin.
It was also important to me that Sasin brings in visiting professors from overseas. |

I chose to study at Sasin because I'm planning create new business in Thailand, it's worth to know Thai business and to get connection through my classmates.
Second, when compared to studying abroad, such as the US, EU, and Singapore, cost of tuition and living expense here is much cheaper.
Third, Sasin provides the highest quality of lecture and facilities for students among the other graduated school in Thailand. |

Pradeep Akkunoor from India (MBA 2009)
I wanted to do an MBA in Asia, so my shortlist included top B-Schools in Asia. Since I had a Thai friend who recommended Sasin, I put Sasin also on the shortlist among Asian B Schools.
When I did a comparison of the shortlisted school, the strongest point in favor of Sasin was the Kellogg-Wharton association. Both these schools have very strong brand equity worldwide as well as in India. Following Kellogg curriculum and Professors from these schools was a very strong point in choosing Sasin. |
The second most important factor in favor of Sasin for me was the international exchange programs network – all the schools on the exchange network are top-ranking so I was assured that I would be exposed to at least one of these top-ranking schools, besides Sasin.
The cost was also an important factor – I did a cost comparison (including living costs) for the different business schools I shortlisted and Sasin was among the most economical in the comparison.
Finally, I took feedback from Sasin alumni (one Thai person and one foreign student) by approaching them through the LinkedIn website, and their recommendation and positive feedback was very important factor for making the decision to choose Sasin.
