Dr. Ton Chirathivat is a GM CRM Strategy & Analytics at Central Retail Corporation, Thailand. He is in charge of overseeing customer strategy of the company’s 7 business units (Central Department Store, Robinson Department Store, Powerbuy, HomeWorks, B2S, Super Sports, Office Depot) through customer data of more than 3 million customers generated with The 1 Card, one of Thailand’s largest loyalty schemes. In his first year at CRC,he has developed the company’s first customer segmentation framework, as well as evaluation and measurement methodologies, resulting in significant incremental sales and profitability in the past year.
Dr. Ton Chirathivat started his own company Quantinus, a boutique analytics consulting firm that helps organizations design customer strategy based on customer data. Its clients included
leading companies in restaurant chains, fashion retail, beauty retail, and RTD industry.
