Dr. Chaipong is the director of Research and Management Consulting Center (Sasin Management Consulting, SMC). His expertise centers around the areas of strategy and operations. With over fifteen years of consulting experience, combined with his academic activities, Dr. Chaipong has engaged in numerous consulting services for both public and private organizations, including National Economic and Social Development Board (NESDB), Ministry of Industry, Ministry of Commerce, Ministry of Tourism and Sports, Tourism Authority of Thailand, Board of Investment, Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA), PTT Group, Industrial Estate Authority of Thailand, State Railway of Thailand, Sekisui Chemical, Misumi, Okamura, SCG Group, and Bangkok Airways, etc. In addition, he has conducted executive training and workshops for several organizations across industries in Thailand, such as Thaibev, PTTGC, Ekachai Distribution, Pruksa Real Estate, Siam City Cement, Bumrungrad Hospital, Tokyo Gas and Tokyo Marine etc. Prior to joining Sasin, Dr. Chaipong worked at McKinsey & Company and University of Cambridge. He has worked extensively in China, Japan, United Kingdom, and Southeast Asia.
