Asia Pacific Schools of Business

Sasin is a founding member of the Association of Asia Pacific Schools of Business (AAPBS), and plays an active role on that organization’s council. 

AAPBS was formally established in 2004 to “provide leadership and representation in order to advance the quality of business and management education in the Asia Pacific region through collaboration in research and teaching, and working in partnership to improve business school standards and quality.”

Sasin Senior Advisor, and former Director, Toemsakdi Krishnamra is a past-President of the Association and Sasin hosted the Association’s Annual Conference in 2009. And in conjunction with Chulalongkorn Business School, Sasin hosted the Annual Conference again in 2015. This was one of the first events at Sasin’s new Sasabhumi International Learning Center (SILC).



Chartered Financial Analyst Institute (CFA Institute)

Sasin has joined a select group of universities around the world that is recognized by the CFA Institute, for providing students with a solid grounding in the concepts and principles, including strong ethical and professional standards, required to become CFA charterholders.

The institute is a global, not-for-profit association of investment professionals that awards the CFA and CIPM designations. The Institute promotes the highest ethical standards and offers a range of educational opportunities online and around the world. With CFA’s member societies, the Institute offers a range of educational programs and services for members, program candidates, investors, employers, institutions, and the press. From online learning to career opportunities to publications, CFA has something for everybody.
