Your thesis topic will be something you are passionate about, and a topic chosen by you, discussed in conjunction with your thesis mentor. Every DBA student has a thesis mentor, who will become a sounding board for your ideas and research approach. Browse the expertise and research interests of Sasin faculty to identify potential thesis mentors.Designed for senior managers, policymakers, independent consultants, professionals and working academics with at least 10 years of professional experience, the Sasin DBA accepts candidates from all disciplines and industries who are preparing for more advanced leadership and advisory roles in their organizations and professions.
The Sasin DBA program will enable you to build on your existing expertise, deepen your understanding of your professional and business practices, and harness research skills to tackle the complex problems you face.

After completing the Sasin DBA, you’ll approach, investigate, and tackle complex real-world problems with confidence. As a consequence, you’ll be able to lead successful transformation in your industry or profession.

The application can be completed online. Each completed application must be accompanied by a non-refundable application fee of THB 1,500 submitted to the Admissions Office.

Much depends on how much time and focus you can devote to the program. Chulalongkorn University requires that you complete all the requirements for your DBA (including successfully defending your thesis) within six years of starting your program.
Most candidates will finish well within this timeframe, normally within three years of entry; some may proceed at a more leisurely pace of four years. In total, you’ll complete six blended learning courses before progressing to the research phase of the program.

Tuition and Fees
The tuition and fees for the DBA program are THB 4,000,000*.* Tuition and fees are subject to change without notice and are calculated based on the normal three-year period of study.* University regulations require that you complete this program in a maximum of 6 years.
