The program begins with an online foundation course covering essential topics and tools in modern business, followed by online courses and three four-day in-person residentials integrated throughout the journey.COURSE OVERVIEW
The curriculum focuses on applying management skills to real business challenges in the region. The program includes 11 comprehensive online courses (seven required courses and four elective courses) and three in-person residentials with an embedded Independent Study. All components are designed for engaging, in-depth learning through short videos, live sessions, case analyses, group projects, and assignments.COURSE DURATION

- A bachelor’s degree
- At least 5 years post-degree management or professional experience; if you have a Master’s degree this can be reduced to at least 3 years experience
- An English language proficiency score for non-native English speakers
