Sasin’s Executive Education team and Thai Bev Group have officially kicked off the Management Development Program (MDP) on August 25th for the selected leaders at ThaiBev. Dr. Agapol Na Songkhla, Chief People Officer, and our Sasin Deputy Director Dr. Chaipong Pongpanich gave a motivating welcome speech to the participants. The MDP training program has been running for seven years, under which the participants successfully created measurable impacts to reach vision through action learning projects. At the end of the program, the participants will present their project findings to the executives for implementation.
