Welcome to Sasin's Inclusion Services

At Sasin School of Management, we believe that true excellence comes from embracing diversity in all its forms. Inclusion is about creating an environment where every individual feels safe, valued, and has a sense of belonging. Our Inclusion Services are designed to ensure that every member of our community—regardless of their background, identity, or experience—can thrive and achieve their full potential.

Understanding Inclusion

Inclusion goes beyond diversity. It’s about actively creating a culture where all voices are heard, all perspectives are respected, and everyone has the opportunity to contribute and succeed. At Sasin, we recognize that everyone here— student, staff, or faculty—is here for a reason. Our goal is to ensure that everyone can fulfill their core objectives, whether that’s learning or work, and leave Sasin with the best possible experience.

What We Offer

Our Cross-Cultural Approach

Inclusion at Sasin taps into the best parts of Thai culture—known for its warmth, hospitality, and respect for diversity—while also embracing the rich cultural perspectives of our international community–and best practices from around the world. We believe this cross-cultural approach to inclusion creates a uniquely welcoming and dynamic environment that prepares our community for success in an increasingly interconnected world.

Our Commitment

We take a holistic approach to inclusion, recognizing that each individual’s needs and experiences are unique. Our team is committed to listening, understanding, and providing tailored support to help you thrive at Sasin. Whether you’re seeking advice, looking for resources, or want to contribute to making Sasin more inclusive, we’re here to help.
