Theme: Smart City and Smart Supply Chain for Inclusive Urban and Rural Development – Toward a balanced economy of Thailand and sustainable growth of Mekong region – Date: November 29, 2019 Time: 10:30 – 17:15 Venue: Sasin Hall, Sasin School of Management NIKKEI SASIN FORUM 2019 will bring together Smart City leaders from Thailand government, private sectors and academia in Japan and Thailand to discuss how to move forward such key Smart City axes as Smart Mobility, Smart Energy and Smart Environment through smart city projects in “Bang Sue” area in Bangkok and “Chonburi”. Discussions will also delve into how Smart City approaches can empower agricultural rural area, industrial area and tourist spots such as “Phuket” for their sustainable growth with innovative technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI), internet of things (IoT) and big data platform.
