Southeast Asia Immersion (SEAi) is designed for high-potential business leaders seeking deep regional insight into the cultural and business realities of fast-emerging Southeast Asia. Southeast Asia is an emerging economic powerhouse, on track to become the 4th largest economy by 2030. The region is strengthening its global position through trade alliances, like the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership (RCEP), the world’s largest free trade agreement. With over 700 million people, hundreds of ethnic groups, and more than 1,000 languages, Southeast Asia is a region of remarkable diversity and transformative potential.

In addition to sessions led by top Sasin faculty, regional experts in their field, participants will have the opportunity to learn from site visits and exchange insights with start-up founders and senior executives from pioneering companies across multiple sectors. Students can expand their network through Sasin’s vibrant community, connecting with resident and visiting faculty, distinguished alumni, and senior business leaders across multiple industries.

  • Manufacturing Already a leading food producer and exporter, government policies that attract foreign investment are accelerating the transition into an alternative textile and electronics manufacturing base, as well as an emerging IT hub in the post-China landscape.

  • Company Visits Gain firsthand insights into business operations through visits to leading organizations across various industries, offering a practical understanding of regional market dynamics.
  • Cultural Activities Participants will have the opportunity to get firsthand exposure to the richness of local culture through curated activities that highlight Thailand’s heritage, traditions, and way of life.
