Varis is a workplace transformation strategist and a human-centered design advocate interested in designing new forms of organizing and creating innovative value propositions for 21st century organizations. Drawing on his architecture background and innovation science and design management research and study at Stanford’s Hasso Plattner Institute of Design (aka the d.school), his practice is rooted in the rigorous unpacking and synthesizing of complex HR, FM, IT, and Organizational Behavior data into meaningful and actionable insights that inform impact-driven new ventures and organizational transformation.
Varis worked as an architect, a strategic planner in a creative agency, and a user experience researcher before joining PLASTARC in New York as a design analyst and studio lead. Varis is currently based in Bangkok.
