Dr. Hee-Chan –one of Sasin’s newest faculty members–presented his paper, “A Self-Adaptive Process as Organizational Resilience: An Ethnography of a Buddhist Temple” at the EGOS conference (European Group for Organization Studies) held on December 13 – 15, 2019 at Kyoto University, Japan. This EGOS-Kyoto conference is an experimental workshop organized by EGOS and its journal Organization Studies to bridge communities of researchers across geographical, cultural and disciplinary distances. The journal editors and conference chairs mingle with Asian scholars to get a sense of Asian approaches to management and organization studies.
