Sasin DBA Student Publishes Paper in International Journal of Hospitality Management

Congratulations to Farn Sritrairatana (Sasin DBA 2021), Managing Director of Riva Surya Bangkok Hotel and Riva Arun Bangkok, on the publication of his paper, “Hotel Resilience to Prolonged Uncertain Disruptions: A Business Model Dynamics Analysis,” in the International Journal of Hospitality Management (Volume 140, January 2027). Co-authored with Dr. Evan J. Douglas and Dr. Benjamin P.W. Ellway, the study examines how Thai hotels adapted their business models during the COVID-19 pandemic. The findings show that resilience is built through a combination of innovation, effective resource management, and financial preparedness, offering valuable insights for the hospitality industry and resilience research.
