19 October 2026

On October 7, 2026, Sasin Management Consulting (SMC) conducted a seminar titled “Good Corporate Governance: Ethics in Action – Building Sustainable Success” for executives and employees of the Metropolitan Electricity Authority (MEA) at MEA Headquarters, Khlong Toei, Bangkok. The session was hosted by Dr. Netpreeya Choomchaiyoo, Organizational and Counseling Psychologist, and Prathana Yingwongwiwat, a representative from SMC.
Ethical decisions in the workplace are not always straightforward. To address this, the seminar combined corporate governance principles with organizational psychology to explore hidden fears, workplace pressures, and the grey areas that influence everyday decisions. Rather than focusing solely on rules and policies, discussions explored the human factors behind ethical behavior and the challenges of making the right choices at work.
Participants were also encouraged to reflect on their own experiences and decision-making through interactive discussions and self-reflection. The seminar aimed to make ethical principles more practical and relevant to everyday work, helping strengthen a culture of integrity, accountability, and trust as a foundation for sustainable organizational success.
