SMC Hosts Good Corporate Governance Business Meeting with PTTOR and MEA
On December 12, 2025, Sasin Management Consulting (SMC), in collaboration with PTT Oil and Retail Business (PTTOR) and the Metropolitan Electricity Authority (MEA), hosted the Good Corporate Governance Business Meeting at The Okura Prestige Bangkok. The meeting aimed to strengthen good corporate governance and ethical practices, reinforcing transparency, accountability, and long-term organizational integrity across participating organizations. Facilitated by Sasin Management Consulting, the meeting served as a platform for cross-organizational dialogue and knowledge exchange. Senior leaders and key representatives from PTTOR and MEA came together to share perspectives and jointly explore practical approaches to embedding good corporate governance and ethical principles into organizational operations. The first session featured a business meeting led by Warapa Jearapattranon, Vice President, Corporate Governance, and Chantanipa Pichitakul, Vice President, Corporate Legal, from PTTOR. They shared PTTOR’s approach to good corporate governance, legal oversight, and ethical management, followed by an in-depth discussion with MEA representatives led by the Corporate Risk Management function. The second session was facilitated by Grasic Smitasiri, Consultant, together with the SMC consulting team, focusing on collaborative ideation through a tailored framework to identify potential initiatives and quick wins to drive good corporate governance and ethical behavior across the organizations. Overall, the meeting formed part of ongoing efforts to accelerate the adoption of good corporate governance practices. By strengthening ethical culture, enhancing organizational resilience, and promoting cross-organizational learning, the session contributes to sustainable, long-term value creation within Thailand’s energy sector.
