Customer Experience Design and Change Management Workshop

Sasin Management Consulting (SMC) led by Associate Professor Dr. Krittinee Nuttavuthisit and Mr. Thana Siriwallop, Project Director; conducted a Customer Experience Design and Change Management workshops for top management from Provincial Electricity Authority (PEA) on July 24, 2020. The main objective of the workshops is to agree directions for customer experience design, the outcomes of which will be used to develop proactive strategies for customer experience for PEA.
