Sasin’s Executive Education team recently organized a “Faculty Development Program” for executives of the Faculty of Medicine of Chulalongkorn University. Associate Professor Chanchai Sittipunt, Associate Dean for Planning and Development of the Faculty of Medicine, and Professor Ian Fenwick, Director of Sasin School of Management, welcomed the participants during the opening ceremony. From September 16-18, 2020, Sasin’s professors and other experts led a variety of stimulating workshops for the 40 executives to help widen their perspectives and develop new skill sets. These included leading teams with agility, utilizing a maturity acceptability matrix, and tackling the challenges of the disrupted healthcare industry.
