Learning Leadership in Action at CP Leadership Institute

Sasin Future of Work Turbo students visited the Charoen Pokphand Leadership Institute (CPLI) in Pakchong, Khaoyai, for an immersive look at how leadership, entrepreneurship, innovation, and sustainability are put into practice. The visit gave the students valuable insights into CPLI’s approach to developing future leaders—from its action-based “Tao Kae” entrepreneurial learning model and structured leadership pathways to technology- and AI-enabled learning. Students also explored how innovation, sustainability, ESG, and global exposure are integrated into people and capability development, connecting ideas from the classroom with real-world organizational practices.
