Sasin-Fudan Thailand-China Action Learning Lab: BYD

As part of the 2026 Sasin-Fudan Thailand-China Action Learning Lab, MBA students from Fudan and Sasin worked with BYD on a real client project, applying cross-border collaboration to a business challenge in one of the world’s most dynamic mobility sectors. Over four months, students conducted in-depth research, analyzed market opportunities, and developed practical recommendations shaped by perspectives from both Thailand and China. The project gave students the opportunity to strengthen their strategic thinking, business acumen, and intercultural teamwork while engaging with real-world issues in innovation, technology, and sustainable mobility.
