    • 1/Oct/08 – 13/Jan/10 : Managed a 7 person research team writing research and wrote strategy on the Thai equity market. Our research team was voted number one in Thailand in Asiamoney magazine in 2008 and 2009 and the same in Greenwich surveys. In addition, we won number one research team in 2009 Institutional Investor magazine. I was voted Thailand’s number one analyst in Asiamoney magazine in 2008 and 2009 and also in 2009 Institutional Investor magazine.

    • 1/Jan/06 – 30/Apr/07 Head of Research,  Managed a 9 person research team (7 of which I directly hired). Doubled market share over a one year period. Brought Greenwich US rank from 9 to 2 and Institutional Investor magazine rank from 6 to 2 both in one year. Was ranked 2nd best analyst in 2007 Institutional Investor. Wrote strategy on the Thai economy, stock market, Thai banks and Thai small caps. Developed three main new products (weekly Strategy, small cap Thailand ViewFinder, Quant/Fundamental cross over product called Crossfire). Developed proprietary database of Thailand insider trading. Developed and implemented highly advanced standardized financial models for all sectors. Arranged for 50 Thai companies to attend first Citi Thailand conference. Made 57 media appearances in 2006. Made various marketing trips to the US, UK, Europe, Singapore, and Hong Kong.

    • 7/Jul/03 – Nov/05: Wrote research on 12 Thai banks and ran a 10 person research team. Helped to bring market share from 1% to 2% after the Macquarie take over. Brought team report output from 40 reports per quarter to 150. Wrote strategy on the Thai market and banks.

    • 15/Oct/99 – 31/Jan/03: Covered Thai banking sector writing daily/weekly/monthly research about the prospects of the banking stocks in Thailand. Marketed this research to fund managers outside of Thailand.

    • 21/Apr/97 – 10/Apr/98 : Rebuilt the Thai research product. Supervised research department of 10 staff. Together with senior analysts upgraded financial models on all companies under coverage. Worked together with regional sector specialists to upgrade coverage on main sectors. Designed and implemented an automated quarterly reporting system. Covered strategy, economics, and listed companies.

Re-designed and simplified the daily report; this method was then adopted at our office throughout the Asian region.
