Anusara Sombatsathit

Anusara Sombatsathit has over 20 years of experience in human resources, organizational development, and talent management across multinational organizations. She brings extensive expertise in people strategy, performance management, succession planning, and organizational transformation, including regional HR responsibilities across Southeast Asia. Prior to joining Sasin School of Management as Head of Human Resources, she held senior HR leadership positions with Christian Dior, Hermès, and PwC, where she led a broad range of human resources and organizational development initiatives. She is also an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
