Interim Deputy Director Supaporn started her HR career with The Siam Cement Group, where she accumulated years of experience in various business units such as Paper Business, Corporate Functions, and Chemical Business.  Her latest position at SCG was as Project Director of Learning & Talent Transformation for Leaders and over 35,000 staff members. Interim Deputy Director Supaporn joined Sasin in 2018 and has served as the HR Advisor to the Director. She leads Sasin’s administration and internal relations including finance, procurement, budget and accounting, human resources, facilities, IT, library, correspondence, and organizational development.

  • 2016 – April 2018 – Southeast Insurance and Finance Group, Senior Executive Vice President – HR and Organization Development/ Southeast Academy / and Corporate Secretary Office.
  • 2013-2015 – SCG Director – Learning Transformation and Talent Program. Responsible for SCG Learning Transformations – to build Regional Single Platform and Transforming Development for Leaders, Talent, and setting up new learning system/structure/process/culture/ Learning Management System (LMS) in order to have sustained development platform for 30,000 SCG staff, and worked with global learning consultant: Duke Corporate Education and Accenture and LMS- Cornerstone on Demand. Program Advisor for Leadership Development Program – worked with Duke Corporate Education and Wharton to develop the MDP and MAP program for two different groups of SCG Executives.
  • 2010 -2013 – HR Director – SCG Chemicals Co., Ltd. HR Business Partner to support High Technology Petrochemicals Industries, including Research Center, Talent Researchers, Collaboration Programs, International Staff, JVs and Partners (Japanese, Vietnam, Myanmar, USA, Iran, etc.) and Large Chemicals Investment Projects in Indonesia, Vietnam.
  • 2007- 2010 – SCG – Corporate HR Directors Planning and HR Strategy for SCC- Corporate Functions, connecting with other SCG Business Units
  •  2003-2007 – SCG Learning Center Manager Training solution providers to SCG as The Center for Internal Learning with nearly 100 programs served over 5500 employees per year, including grooming internal instructors and establishing a learning culture – “SCG teach SCG” (พี่สอนน้อง)
  • 2003 – HRM & HRD and Administration Manager of Thai Containers Group / and Siam Kraft – Paper & Packaging Business. Oversaw HR, administration, accounting, credits, procurement, stocks, customer care, quality standards, employee relations at plants.
