From Waste to Wealth: A Couple’s Success Story Khun Daojai and Khun Pitichon, a husband-and-wife team, combined their scientific knowledge with an understanding of the sufficiency economy theory and the new agricultural techniques perfected by HM King Rama IX to create useful products from cherry- and coffee bean- waste. Na Ha Tai’s innovative skincare products have been widely accepted by both Thai and international markets. Neither Khun Daojai nor Khun Pitichon have ever studied business. Khun Daojai studied science and has been a human resources specialist since 2008. Her co-founder and husband is an architect. They discovered widespread support leading to their revenue growing from zero to 100 million baht annually within a mere four years.
