What are the sustainability issues Asian family businesses are tackling?

Family businesses are a substantial part of Asian economies. As a cornerstone of any economy, they control and contribute significantly to the economy in terms of value-add and jobs. As such, their well-being and sustainability is critical.
In the current context and environment, several aspects of the Asian Family Businesses relating to to sustainability are important, including:
• Constitution of the family charter, family business boards, and succession
• Professionalization and Talent Retention
• Scalability and expansion
This four-part series aims to address the above aspects. The focus of the sessions is to provide participants with practical insights into how Asian Family Businesses ensures sustainability in the management, control, and operations of family businesses.

There will be a total of four webinars (listed below). These will be attended by SMEs from several countries in Southeast Asia.
