Sasin and emlyon Alumni Explore Multicultural Decision-Making in Global Business

Sasin and emlyon alumni joined fellow alumni from French Grandes Écoles in Thailand for a workshop on “Multicultural Environments and Decision-Making,” led by Ragil Ratnam, Faculty of Management at Sasin School of Management and Head of Business Development, Sasin Executive Education. Co-hosted by Sasin and the emlyon alumni community, the event brought alumni together to exchange perspectives and share experiences on how cultural diversity influences thinking, collaboration, and decision-making in global business. The session highlighted the importance of understanding different cultural perspectives in navigating complex business environments and fostering effective collaboration across cultures.
