Sasin Management Consulting Hosted “Vision to Action” Workshop Series to Advance Lifelong Learning in Thailand

During the period from August to October 2026, Sasin Management Consulting (SMC) organized a series of three workshops under the theme “Vision to Action” for the Office of Knowledge Management and Development (OKMD). Led by Associate Professor Krittinee Nuttavuthisit, Ph.D., and Thana Siriwallop, SMC Project Director, the series aimed to translate OKMD’s new strategic vision into actionable initiatives and support effective implementation. The workshop series brought together OKMD representatives to explore global trends in knowledge management and lifelong learning, alongside practical approaches to change management. Discussions focused on aligning strategic priorities with emerging challenges and identifying game-changing initiatives to expand lifelong learning opportunities across Thailand. The series also focused on developing flagship projects while strengthening participants’ skills in designing effective project proposals. Through knowledge sharing and hands-on exercises, the sessions emphasized practical approaches to aligning projects with OKMD’s strategic plan and national policies, while defining clear objectives, measurable indicators, and expected outcomes. More broadly, SMC remains committed to bridging the gap between strategy and execution, supporting the development of actionable initiatives that strengthen Thailand’s lifelong learning ecosystem and expand learning opportunities for people of all ages nationwide.
