Sasin Hosts 2025 AAPBS Annual Meeting in Bangkok

On October 30 – November 1, 2025, Sasin School of Management proudly hosted the 2025 Association of Asia-Pacific Business Schools (AAPBS) Annual Meeting bringing together deans, directors, and thought leaders from leading business schools across the Asia-Pacific region.
Held under the theme “Tomorrow’s Management in Southeast Asia,” this year’s conference explored the region’s rapidly evolving business landscape and its implications for the future of management education.
The conference officially opened with welcoming remarks from Professor Ian Fenwick, Ph.D., Director of Sasin, Professor Jikyeong Kang, Ph.D., President & Dean of the Asian Institute of Management and Professor Eric Cornuel, President of EFMD Global, who shared key insights on the state of management education in Southeast Asia.
Following the opening ceremony, participants engaged in a full day of activities, including keynote sessions, panel discussions, and the AAPBS General Meeting. The day also featured an insightful company visit to Delta Electronics Thailand, where delegates observed innovation and sustainability in action within one of Thailand’s leading technology firms.
The final day of the conference focused on the future of management education through a series of thought-provoking sessions. Highlights included a keynote on Sustainable Futures, panels on sustainability and global talent in the age of disruption, and an interactive workshop on building a living ecosystem for responsible management education.
As the three-day conference concluded, participants continued to exchange ideas and collaborate on new perspectives aimed at advancing responsible and innovative management education throughout the Asia-Pacific region.
