Sasin Connect+ Executive MBA Second Cohort Journey Begins
Sasin School of Management officially welcomed the second cohort of the Sasin Connect+ Executive MBA with its first four-day residential program, marking the start of an intensive learning journey under the program’s blended-learning model. The residential began at Sasin with a keynote on global consumer trends by Rachada Apiromdej, Founder of Think Next Asia and Sasin MBA 1995. The session brought the cohort together in the classroom before they continued their residential experience in Rayong, combining academic insight with immersive, off-campus learning. In Rayong, participants engaged in a series of hands-on workshops designed to strengthen leadership, decision-making, and collaboration. The first afternoon featured a Constructive Disagreement workshop led by Keith Fitzgerald, Managing Director of Sea-Change Partners, where students explored how to navigate differing perspectives and turn disagreement into more effective leadership and better decisions. Day two focused on sustainability and systems thinking, with a Systems Thinking workshop led by Supakorn Komthong (Sasin DBA 2021), followed by a decarbonization session by Adrianus Josephus van den Broek (Sasin DBA 2024). The day concluded with a company visit to Global Power Synergy Public Company Limited (GPSC), allowing students to connect classroom concepts with real-world sustainability practices. The residential also emphasized community building and self-awareness. Through a LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® workshop led by Narudee Kristhanin, Founder of Eureka Global, participants explored leadership and team dynamics through experiential learning and collaborative activities. To conclude the residential, students attended a keynote session by Corrado Giaquinto, CEO of Rojukiss International, who shared insights from his leadership journey on innovation, market trends, and revenue growth management in competitive consumer markets. The program also featured THE BOX workshop, encouraging creative thinking and transformational change at both individual and team levels. The residential journey concluded with a networking dinner at Sasin in Bangkok, reinforcing connections among the cohort and setting a strong foundation for the year ahead. The first residential marked a key milestone for the Sasin Connect+ Executive MBA Class of 2025, reflecting the program’s commitment to immersive learning, practical leadership development, and meaningful peer connections.
