Sasin Management Consulting Co-Creates TCEB’s Visionary Leaders’ Dialogue to Reimagine MICE as a Driver of Thailand’s Future Competitiveness

On October 15, 2025, the Thailand Convention and Exhibition Bureau (Public Organization) – TCEB – organized the “Visionary Leaders’ Dialogue: Leading Change and Reimagining MICE in Thailand” at Sasin School of Management. Co-created and co-designed with Sasin Management Consulting as a strategic partner, the dialogue brought together senior representatives from government agencies, investment promotion bodies, and national economic planning organizations to discuss how MICE can catalyze investment and position Thailand as a regional economic hub over the next three to five years. The session served as a high-level policy forum to exchange perspectives on Thailand’s future growth pathways and the industries with the highest potential. It aimed to: communicate policy-level insights on high-potential sectors in the emerging economic landscape; provide a strategic platform for analyzing global and regional shifts and their implications for Thailand’s target industries; and strengthen cross-sector linkages so public, private, and academic stakeholders can work together to upgrade these industries through the MICE sector. The Visionary Leaders’ Dialogue marks an important step in redefining TCEB’s role as a strategic partner in national competitiveness—not only as an event organizer but as a system integrator for high-value industries. Insights from the session will directly support the advancement of Thailand’s MICE industry by enabling it to attract quality investment, accelerate the development of priority sectors, and foster innovation across the value chain. These outcomes also reinforce the country’s ability to position itself as a leading regional economic hub, enhance long-term economic resilience, and elevate global competitiveness in the years ahead.
