Sasin Turbo: Future of Work Talk Explores How Leaders Can Navigate the Changing World of Work

As part of the Sasin Future of Work Turbo, students explored how the world of work is evolving and what these changes mean for organizations, workplaces, and workers. The session brought together perspectives from leading industry experts, including Pitichai Dejprasertsri, Digital HR Senior Director at CPF; Sikarin Laonitisart, Managing Director at Accenture Thailand; and Akarin Phureesitr, Chief People Officer at Central Pattana (CPN). The discussion was moderated by Kulshaan Singh, Visiting Faculty at Sasin and Management and Organizations Enterprise Client Leader, Asia Pacific at Aon. Through practical frameworks and real-world insights, students examined how leaders can align people strategy with organizational growth, resilience, and transformation. The discussion also highlighted the importance of anticipating change, building organizational agility, and preparing people for the evolving demands of the workplace. The session provided students with an opportunity to connect classroom learning with perspectives from experienced business leaders, gaining a deeper understanding of how organizations can navigate—and lead through—ongoing changes in the world of work.
