Three Medals, One Mission: Sasin’s AI-Driven Sustainability Platforms Shine at IPITEx 2026

Sasin students’ AI-driven sustainability platforms won three medals at Bangkok Intellectual Property Invention Innovation and Technology Exposition (IPITEx 2026) on “Thailand Inventors’ Day,” hosted by the National Research Council of Thailand (NRCT). This international expo gathers global innovators to showcase breakthrough technologies and foster collaboration.
“The awards validate our approach of translating rigorous research into deployable digital systems—bridging ESG, agriculture, and urban nature with localized data and AI,” said Professor Nophea Sasaki, Core Faculty of ESG and Sustainability at Sasin. “This recognition encourages us to keep building practical, scalable digital tools for sustainability—across cities, farms, and organizations.”
Sasin ESG teams were recognized across three AI-driven sustainability platforms that address critical sustainability challenges:
Gold Medal — RabbitESG
- AI-powered ESG analytics & reporting
- Inventors: Nophea Sasaki, Eain Dray Aung, Sasin ESG Group
- An AI-driven ESG scoring and reporting engine that transforms complex regulations and standards into clear, compliant, and decision-ready sustainability insights.
Silver Medal — Krumap
- Carbon dMRV & agri-intelligence services
- Inventors: Ponlawat Trai-Ukos (Sasin MBA 2022), Nophea Sasaki, Eain Dray Aung
- A digital carbon MRV and climate project engine integrating field data, AI, and governance rules to support credible carbon projects from design to verification and issuance. Krumap also competed at the Bangkok Business Challenge 2025.
Bronze Medal — Tree Taishi
- Urban tree registration & nature storytelling
- Inventors: Nophea Sasaki, Eain Dray Aung
- Tree Taishi is a digital platform that allows citizens to register and map urban trees. It also shares the stories of these trees, raising climate awareness, promoting biodiversity, and encouraging community engagement in caring for the urban environment.
