Robert C. Wolcott, Ph.D.
Adjunct Professor of Executive Education, Kellogg School of Management
Robert C. Wolcott, Ph.D. is a renowned innovation expert, futurist, author, speaker, and investor. He serves as Adjunct Professor of Innovation at the Booth School of Business, University of Chicago, and the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University, and is a Fellow at Imperial College London.
As a venture investor, he has backed more than 40 companies pioneering proximity-driven business models. Dr. Wolcott earned his BA in History and Ph.D. in Industrial Engineering from Northwestern University. |

Associate Professor Piyachart Phiromswad, Ph.D.
Deputy Director of Learning Solutions and Faculty, Sasin School of Management
Associate Professor Piyachart Phiromswad holds a Ph.D. in Economics from the University of California, Davis. With over 18 years of academic experience, he has developed and taught “Age of Disruptions,” a pioneering course that examines four inevitable disruptions while equipping organizations with frameworks to turn challenges into opportunities.
In 2023, he delivered a TED Talk on rethinking innovation to unlock the potential of population aging, following his recognition as one of the winners of the TED Idea Search: Southeast Asia 2022. |

Requirements

- Curriculum Vitae (CV) – A professional CV outlining education and work experience
- Work Experience (minimum 1 year) – In any industry or function, preferably with exposure to marketing, customer engagement, or innovation
- Interview Assessment – A brief interview to assess program fit and learning readiness
