Steven A. Miranda
Globally recognized executive advisor and strategic leadership expert specializing in workforce transformation, organizational strategy, and the future of work. As an Executive Partner at Gartner, he advises senior executives across global corporations, government agencies, and higher education institutions on leadership strategy, organizational transformation, and the impact of artificial intelligence on business and workforce models.Prior to Gartner, Steve held senior leadership roles at the Federal Reserve Board of Governors, Cornell University, SHRM, and Lucent Technologies (now Nokia), including leading HR strategy across Asia-Pacific operations. He is also an internationally sought-after speaker and adjunct professor at Cornell University, Georgetown University, Seattle Pacific University, and the Sasin School of Management at Chulalongkorn University. |

Kulshaan Singh
Experienced HR and organizational transformation leader with over 25 years of expertise across Asia in leadership, workforce transformation, and future-of-work strategy. He previously served as Group Chief People Officer at Thai Union Group and CP Group, two of Asia’s leading multinational organizations, where he led large-scale global transformation and talent initiatives across operations spanning Asia, Europe, and the United States.Prior to his corporate leadership roles, Kulshaan spent nearly two decades with Mercer and Aon Hewitt, advising major organizations across Southeast Asia on strategic HR, leadership, and organizational effectiveness. He is also a long-standing visiting faculty member at the Sasin School of Management, teaching Strategic HR and the Future of Work since 2002. Kulshaan has been recognized as one of Southeast Asia’s “100 Most Influential HR Leaders” in 2023, 2024, and 2025. |
